Imagine being in alignment
with a life you are designed to live.
A path of ease.
Open space.
New freedom.
You’re the One you’re waiting for. Only you know what’s correct, healthy, and best for you, via your unique inner compass—the wisdom of the body.
Can you discern and honor your “yes,” even if it means “no” to someone else? Why does this matter so much?
Do you love yourself exactly as you are, love others as they are, and honor what you are together?
Can you surrender to and love what is? No matter what the mind says. Can you wait for life to bring you what you need?

What people are saying
“Marsha has a unique blend of specialist knowledge, wisdom and spiritual insight that makes working with her both deeply reassuring and transformative. As the result of a few conversations with Marsha, I settled into a very different way of working and of being. For example, I saw the futility of various time-consuming business development tasks and simply dropped them, and work began to flow to me. My ability to allow life to unfurl without any pushing on my part, grew enormously. Life has become easier, jucier and much more enjoyable.”
— C.M., Glasgow, Scotland
“Marsha is the only person I know who can transmit the essence of the non-dual spirituality of The 3 Principles of Human Development as it reveals itself through living one’s unique human design. She has a special gift of bringing deep spiritual understanding into the experience of simply living as yourself. Marsha’s guidance was invaluable in deepening my appreciation of life exactly as it is. She was also pivotal in my view of my long-term marriage changing from seeing problems to loving what is, through honoring and valuing our differentiation.”
—J.C., Scottsdale, Arizona
“Marsha’s intuitive clarity and empathetic analysis of the mechanics of the connection between me and my husband have allowed me to increasingly honor and respect the differences, and remember the love between us. It changed our marriage in a deep and positive way.”
— B.M, Seattle, Washington
”Your human design work gave me permission to stop being what I thought I had to be, and to be exactly who I am, unapologetically. As a result, I’ve been able to live a life that I love, and love myself in the process.”
— D.M. Seattle, Washington

Blog post: LEADERSHIP
“In the end, all of us want to be happy and want to know that we are okay no matter what. We want to know that we are making a difference. Does this sound good to you: To like yourself enough, to be for yourself, no matter what the circumstances? Standing up for what you know is right is part of being a leader, supporting others who are standing up for what is right, for their truth. Believing that it is possible to live a life that perfectly suits you, a life that you love?”

Blog post: WHAT IS HUMAN DESIGN?
The quick answer is: it’s a map of your particular conditioned thoughts that tend to grab you and take you away from knowing who and what you really are. Human Design is also a map of what you can trust as decisions are being made, once you know that you can’t trust mental thoughts to point the way. It’s also a map that shows you how your energetic aura is being moved through the illusion of time and space, and how your aura interacts with the aura of others, the invisible energetic connections of your relationships.
Human Design explains so much about the experience of living incarnate in the apparent relative world, and at the same time as The Energy of All Things, the Silence from which Every Thing arises. It shows you what you can trust, so that “you can relax your grip on your thinking”, and relax into being lived, so to speak. Ra Uru Hu brought Human Design, The Science of Differentiation, into the world in 1987.
Many of you are already experimenting with your own human design, and noticing what happens when you do not believe or act from “your thoughts”, or from anyone else’s authority, but rather sink into living as your own energetic frequency. This noticing is the key, discerning how decisions are happening through “you”. It takes time to notice and discern, and there is no better use of time. How many people are consciously awake in the methods you are practicing? How many people are listening to a teacher for years, and still trapped in their conditioning, as I was? I know ordinary people like you and me, living their design, who are awake to what Is. Do you?
For me, human design is what has allowed the endless seeking for a quiet mind to dissolve here into being, Silence Itself, allowed loving what is, including “Marsha”. The end to endless seeking, so to speak. The end to “needing to make decisions”, as decisions can be noticed being made, or not.
Blog post: WAITING
Waiting for life to bring you something to respond to, waiting to give authority, waiting to say yes or no to what life offers you. Life is living you. The Universe knows where you live; that’s another way to say it. There is nothing you need to do. There is simply Waiting. This Waiting is an active state of being, a living life without going towards things unless you perceive a movement of energy towards something, or away from something. Not initiating from a mental story. Not believing your conditioned mental thinking. Just noticing your thinking, noticing your emotional reactions, your melancholy, the energy that other people bring into your experience. Noticing what is yours to respond to. Noticing that very little needs your response or engagement. You have a choice, resist what is appearing, engage with what is appearing, or notice what is appearing and wait to be moved from within.
This waiting might be for what seems to be a long time—until you know to move towards or away from something—or it could be a very short time and your response will be obvious. Either way, if you do not waste energy creating from a mental story of what “needs to happen or shouldn’t happen”, then what you can notice is: what is actually happening? Then you can wait for your response, a movement of energy arising, towards or away, engagement or not, an opening or contraction, or simply watching. In this way you will conserve your energy for what really does matter to you, what life offers you that is exactly right for you. That is truly living.
